Sri Lanka Journal of Aquatic Sciences is the journal of Sri Lanka Association for Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. The journal is with an international perspective. It publishes papers in the field of aquatic sciences including, limnology, aquatic biology and fisheries.

# socioeconomic aspects of fisheries and aquaculture,
# farming systems and captive breeding of aquatic organisms.
Articles may be research papers, short communications or review papers. All articles submitted are examined by two or more referees prior to publication.
