World Wetland Day is the flagship event of the Ramsar Secretariat, commemorated every 2nd of February. The theme set for 2023 is ‘World Restoration’, and SLAFAR president Dr Shamen Vidanage participated as one of the panellists in the event organized by Biodiversity Sri Lanka, collaborating with a public-private partnership.
